Molbio Diagnostics confirms electronic shareholding via KFin Technologies for September quarter

Molbio Diagnostics Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has issued a certificate for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that the entire holding of the company was in electronic mode and no rematerialisation requests were received during the period.
