Sky Industries Limited plans to sell its Navi Mumbai factory premises for roughly Rs 20 crore

SKY INDUSTRIES LIMITED announced that its board approved a proposal to sell the company’s factory premises in Navi Mumbai, along with the underlying land and building, subject to finalizing a prospective purchaser and obtaining necessary approvals. The company is transitioning its manufacturing operations to a new facility in Gujarat, which is being developed to provide enhanced capacity and improved operational efficiencies. Approximately Rs 20 crore, or 25% of the company’s total annual turnover of Rs 84.54 crore, is attributable to the Navi Mumbai facility. The board also approved shifting the company’s registered office from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
