Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited submitted a compliance certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 8, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted or rejected by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited.
