Bank of Maharashtra reports Rs 7930.70 crore outstanding bonds in a regulatory filing

Bank of Maharashtra informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it has released a statement of outstanding bonds for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Circular no. SEBI /HO/DDHS/DDHS -PoD/P/CIR/2025/ 0000000137 dated October 15, 2025. The total amount outstanding for the bonds listed is Rs 7930.70 crore, with various tranches issued between December 26, 2022, and July 4, 2024, and managed by trustee services from IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd, and Axis Trustee Services Limited.
