Prima Agro Limited’s shareholders approved updated governing documents at their annual meeting

Prima Agro Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved a new set of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association at the 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, replacing the existing documents framed under the Companies Act, 1956, to align with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulations; the board of directors approved the proposal on July 31, 2026.
