PH Capital Limited’s board approved a bonus share allotment of 3,00,01,000 shares

PH Capital Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 3,00,01,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in a ratio of ten shares for every one existing share, to eligible members as of the record date of October 07, 2026, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 33,00,11,000 divided into 3,30,01,100 fully paid-up equity shares.
