Polychem Limited confirms securities dematerialization certificate from MUFG Intime India

Polychem Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, confirming the dematerialization of securities.
