Shree Cement confirms securities dematerialization compliance with MUFG Intime India

Shree Cement Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming receipt of a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, pertaining to dematerialisation of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
