Bharat Parenterals confirms securities dematerialization processed by Adroit Corporate Services

Bharat Parenterals Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted or rejected by Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, and that the securities have been listed on stock exchanges.
