Bharat Forge Limited confirmed that dematerialization requests received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been given effect within the stipulated time limit, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The confirmation came from the company’s Registrar & Transfer Agents, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited.
