Zen Technologies transferred 2,000 shares to employees under its 2021 stock option plan

Zen Technologies Limited announced the transfer of 2000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees under the Zen Technologies Limited Employee Stock Option Plan -2021, following the completion of the vesting period, from the Zen Technologies Limited Employees Welfare Trust. The transfer occurred on October 7, 2026, with an exercise price of Rs 100 per share and a premium of Rs 99 per share, resulting in no change to the company's total issued shares or share capital, which remains at 9,02,90,356.
