Kotyark Industries to seek board approval for equity share and warrant fundraising

Kotyark Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on October 12, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds by way of the issue of equity shares and/or convertible warrants to promoters and non-promoters, and to consider the issuance of equity shares under the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. Trading window for the company’s securities has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
