XtraNet Technologies Limited, formerly XtraNet Technologies Private Limited, submitted confirmation certificates to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited from Kfin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, pertaining to dematerialized and rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
