Sun Pharma to seek board approval for potential Rs 15,000 crore NCD issuance

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited will convene a board meeting on Monday, 12 October 2026, to consider and approve the issuance of listed, rated, unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches, on a private placement basis, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 15,000 crore.
