Abans Financial Services acquires 6.01% stake in Abans Finance Private Limited for Rs 111 per share

Abans Financial Services Limited announced it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Siddhant Commercials Private Limited to acquire 20,70,926 equity shares, representing 6.01% of the paid-up equity share capital of Abans Finance Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company. The acquisition, at a price of Rs 111 per share, will increase Abans Financial Services Limited’s stake in Abans Finance Private Limited to 99.98% from its previous holding of 93.97%.
