OSCAR GLOBAL LIMITED announced that its Board of Directors approved the notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on October 30, 2026, and set October 23, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for e-voting, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 7, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Ramesh Chandra Bagdi, Company Secretaries, as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
