KEI Industries allotted 45,000 shares to employees under its stock option scheme

KEI Industries Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee has allotted 45,000 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to eligible employees under the “KEI Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2015,” following the exercise of 45,000 options at an exercise price of Rs 225 per share. The allotment increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 19,12,01,190 to Rs 19,12,91,190, divided into 9,56,45,595 equity shares.
