India Ratings upgrades Torrent Pharmaceuticals' credit rating, citing a positive outlook

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has affirmed the credit rating and revised the outlook from stable to positive of the company’s existing banking facilities, issuer rating, and Non-Convertible Debentures, assigning a rating of IND AA+/Positive; additionally, India Ratings and Research Private Limited has affirmed and assigned the credit rating for the existing and proposed Commercial Paper of the company respectively at IND A1+.
