Bluspring Enterprises Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming no requests were received for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares during the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
