Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited did not receive any requests for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
