Tinna Rubber Chile SpA completes registrations, infusing Chilean Pesos 10,000,000

Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tinna Rubber Chile SpA in Santiago, Republic of Chile, has completed registrations and approvals, with the company infusing a first tranche of Chilean Pesos 10,000,000, equivalent to Rs 10,03,729, for the subscription of 1,000,000 ordinary shares, as part of an overall investment not exceeding Rs 5,00,00,000.
