DESCO Infratech shareholders approved Shailesh Naik as Independent Director for five years

DESCO INFRATECH LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the adjourned 15th Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, approved the regularization of Mr. Shailesh Kalidas Naik (DIN: 06546482) as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years starting from July 1, 2026. Mr. Naik, who has extensive experience in urban infrastructure and utility management, previously joined the company as an Additional Independent Director on July 1, 2026, and is not related to any other director or key managerial personnel.
