Power Mech Projects Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Venture Capital and Corporate Investment Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, certified that no securities were received for dematerialization/rematerilization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
