Aavas Financiers Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment under a stock option plan

Aavas Financiers Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,540 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options under the Performance Stock Option Plan -2023, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 79,29,43,270 consisting of 7,92,94,327 equity shares to Rs 79,29,58,670 consisting of 7,92,95,867 equity shares, as informed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 7, 2026.
