HDB Financial Services will review quarterly results and interim dividend at October meeting

HDB Financial Services Limited will consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, at a board meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and will also consider a proposal for the declaration of an interim dividend on the equity shares of the company for the Financial Year 2026-27. Trading in securities of HDB Financial Services Limited will remain closed until Friday, October 16, 2026, for promoters, designated persons, directors and their immediate relatives, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
