Comfort Fincap Limited’s registered office moves to Maharashtra following regulatory approval

Comfort Fincap Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received an order from the Regional Director (Eastern Region) approving the alteration of its Memorandum of Association to shift its registered office from the State of West Bengal to the State of Maharashtra, via Order No. RD/T/42368/S -13(4)/26 dated September 30, 2026.
