Rajshree Sugars confirms compliance with SEBI regulations via MUFG Intime India

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
