Steel Exchange India Limited redeemed debentures, paying Rs 2,79,76,540 and interest of Rs 1,49,07,823

Steel Exchange India Limited, which operates the Works Integrated Steel Plant, certified that it made scheduled partial redemption and interest payments to holders of its Secured Non-Convertible Debentures on October 7, 2026, as per the terms of the agreement. The partial redemption reduced the face value from 387345 to 380037, with an amount of Rs 2,79,76,540 redeemed, leaving an outstanding amount of Rs 1,45,47,81,636. Interest of Rs 1,49,07,823 was also paid on the same date.
