Telge Projects confirms full share holdings in demat form per SEBI regulations

Telge Projects Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received a certificate from M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, dated October 6, 2026, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
