Purple Agrotech Industries Limited, formerly known as Purple Entertainment Limited, submitted a confirmation certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange regarding the dematerialization of shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
