Greenpanel Industries Limited submitted to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited a certificate dated October 7, 2026, issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the handling of securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
