Kalyani Steels Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, dematerialization requests received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were given effect within the stipulated time limit, as confirmed by its Registrar & Transfer Agents, MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
