Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd. submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming receipt of a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
