Cummins India submits certificate of compliance to Indian stock exchanges

Cummins India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is enclosing a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
