Indo Thai Securities allotted Rs 23.5 crore in debentures under Tranche-I with varying tenures

Indo Thai Securities Limited announced the allotment of 235 secured, redeemable, unlisted, unrated, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Rs 100,000 face value each, totaling Rs 23,50,00,000, under Tranche-I, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. The debentures, issued on a private placement basis, have a tenure of either 370 or 1101 days from the allotment date of October 7, 2026, with a coupon rate of 9.50% or 9.90% per annum, and will be redeemed at par at maturity.
