Physicswallah Limited's board approved allotment of shares following employee stock option exercises

Physicswallah Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 36,63,972 equity shares, with a face value of Rs 1 each, following the exercise of vested stock options by eligible employees under the Physicswallah Limited Employees' Stock Option Plan, 2022. The allotment increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 2,90,50,08,832 to Rs 2,90,86,72,804, and 10,17,770 options were exercised, realizing Rs 10,17,770 for the company.
