Vedic Ayurveda Limited appoints Shekhar More as CFO and approves borrowing up to Rs 100 crore

Vedic Ayurveda Limited, formerly known as KD Leisures Limited, announced several changes following a board meeting held on October 7, 2026, including the appointment of Shekhar Chandrakant More as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 7, 2026, and the appointment of Goyal Nagpal & Co. as the company’s Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The board also approved the change in designation of Deepika Awasthi from Executive Director to Managing Director, effective October 29, 2026, and appointed Atul Chauhan as an Additional Director, and approved borrowing of funds not exceeding Rs 100 crore.
