Mega Nirman & Industries Limited, based in Delhi, has announced a shareholder meeting on October 7, 2026, to vote on several key appointments and resolutions. Shareholders will consider the appointment of Himanshu Gopal as Executive Director, Shruti Swaroop as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term ending August 10, 2031, and Ishaan as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The company is also seeking approval for a rights issue to raise up to Rs. 50 Crores to meet funding requirements, a revised proposal following a previous withdrawal. All proposed directors currently hold no shares in the company and have no familial or professional relationships with existing directors or Key Managerial Personnel. The Board recommends approval of all resolutions, which will be conducted in compliance with SEBI regulations.
