Prabha Energy confirms securities dematerialization compliance with exchanges, per MUFG Intime India

Prabha Energy Limited submitted a confirmation certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
