V.I.P. Industries submits certificate to BSE and NSE regarding depositories regulations

V.I.P. Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it is enclosing a certificate dated October 3, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
