Religare Enterprises’ committee approved allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan

Religare Enterprises Limited announced that its Investment, Borrowing and Share Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 22,000 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Religare Enterprises Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity capital from Rs 3,44,73,37,420 divided into 34,47,33,742 equity shares to Rs 3,44,75,57,420 divided into 34,47,55,742 equity shares.
