Vedic Ayurveda Limited appoints Shekhar More as CFO and Goyal Nagpal & Co. as auditor

Vedic Ayurveda Limited, formerly known as KD Leisures Limited, announced several changes following a board meeting held on October 7, 2026, including the appointment of Shekhar Chandrakant More as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 7, 2026, and the appointment of Goyal Nagpal & Co. as the company’s Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, Deepika Awasthi’s designation will change from Executive Director to Managing Director, effective October 29, 2026, and Atul Chauhan has been appointed as an Additional Director, subject to member approval. The board also approved borrowing up to Rs 100 crore and scheduled the 45th Annual General Meeting for October 30, 2026.
