Harrisons Malayalam Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 7, 2026, concerning dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate, dated October 3, 2026, was provided by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming that securities received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after verification and the depository’s name was substituted in the records.
