Tamilnad Mercantile Bank submits certificate to exchanges regarding share transfer agent compliance

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it is enclosing a certificate issued by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited), in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
