Updater Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is enclosing a certificate issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
