Aadhar Housing Finance confirms securities dematerialization details are nil, per SEBI regulations

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has certified that the details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized for the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, are nil, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
