Dixon Technologies and Gemtek form joint venture to produce telecom products in India

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited and Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. have executed a joint venture agreement on October 7, 2026, to manufacture and supply Optical Transceiver - SFP and BOSA or other telecom products in India, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. Dixon Electroconnect Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dixon Technologies, will carry on the business, with Dixon Technologies and Gemtek holding 60% and 40% of the share capital, respectively, upon completion of the transaction, which is subject to customary conditions precedent and expected to be completed by February 3, 2027.
