Excel Industries certified securities dematerialization compliance with exchanges for Q3 2026

Excel Industries Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it has confirmed and certified, under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, that securities received from depositories for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted or rejected and listed on stock exchanges, and that security certificates have been mutilated and cancelled following verification by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer agent.
