Nagpur Power and Industries Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.
