Dhampur Sugar Mills confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that its registrar and share transfer agent, Alankit Assignments Limited, has certified compliance under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to physical share certificates received for dematerialization of securities.
